The Rimrock resort is beautifully situated and well-kept, making it a lovely destination for special occasions, especially with its proximity to the mountains and hot springs. However, our experience was marred by less-than-stellar customer service that didn't quite match the expectations set by the property's reputation. While the amenities like the pool and lounge were enjoyable, some aspects of the service left a lot to be desired, particularly considering the price we paid.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel which really felt like a luxurious retreat. The mountain views from my room were simply breathtaking and made our stay worthwhile. While the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier, the overall experience was still fantastic. The pool was lovely and the self-parking was reasonably priced, which added to the great value for money. I'll be back for sure!
